Our California Dream... vacation

Jason and I went on a little getaway to one of our favorite places. 

Northern California

We flew into San Francisco, rented a convertible and 

drove down the scenic coast to Monterrey to stay a night.

Our Hotel in Monterrey, The Plaza, our room was right over the water. It was beautiful!

We went for a sunset cruise of Monterrey Bay on a sailboat.  It was perfect!

 We left Monterrey and drove down the 17 mile scenic drive to Carmel.

 Pebble Beach

 The scenery was amazing.

 Then we headed back north through Monterrey, Half Moon Bay 

and many other sleepy ocean side cities.

 The scenery was breath-taking.

 Then we were once again back in the big city of San Francisco.

We love the bright lights of this city!

But the next day we were supposed to turn the car back in, but we just could not do it!

So Jason drove right past the car return, came and picked me up from the hotel and we drove to Napa!

 The vineyards are so beautiful - we love this place too!

impression that this trip has made on my heart!
